About Us
Founded in Tacoma in 2019, by Justin Woodberry, Sterling Environmental, LLC is a family-owned biohazard cleanup company. Justin is a highly trained and experienced emergency response professional.
At Sterling Environmental, LLC, we strive to exemplify the one-big-family spirit so prevalent in Washington State, by treating our community and each client as a family member. We provide a sense of comfort and relief by taking care of each client’s needs in a discreet and responsible manner and always with the utmost respect. Our team members are supportive, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate.
In addition to treating every client with compassion and deep respect, we are dedicated to providing superior quality biohazard cleanup. We typically meet people in the midst of the most heart-wrenching crises of their life; we are dedicated to doing everything we can to make the situation a little less daunting.

- Incident Command System (ICS) 400. Advanced Incident Command Center Training for Complex Incidents for experienced responders and other senior personnel performing emergency management duties at complex incidents; FEMA / US Fire Administration training

Intermediate Incident Command Center Training for Expanding Incidents: training on and resources for overall incident management; FEMA / US Fire Administration training
Education
Justin Woodberry has extensive industry education including a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science (Evergreen State College), and a Master’s degree in Public Health (Eastern Washington University).
