Environmental Remediation Backed by Public Health and Laboratory Expertise
Sterling Environmental LLC is a Washington State Department of Health-certified drug-lab decontamination contractor specializing in methamphetamine contamination assessments, remediation, and post-remediation testing.
The company is founded and led by Justin Woodberry, MPH, a U.S. Air Force veteran, former Health Department Laboratory Coordinator and Disease Investigator, and Washington State Certified Drug Lab Cleanup Supervisor.
Justin's professional background combines public health, surgical pathology, laboratory science, hazardous chemical management, and environmental remediation.
During his service in the U.S. Air Force, Justin worked as a Histopathology Technician and performed specialized surgical pathology grossing procedures. He also served as an Alternate Initial Accumulation Program Manager, supporting hazardous waste management and chemical safety compliance.
His documented military experience includes 36 hazardous waste inspections, chemical safety training for laboratory personnel, hazardous chemical inventory management, and laboratory quality assurance.
Today, Justin applies his scientific and technical background to the assessment and remediation of methamphetamine-contaminated properties throughout Washington State.
